Happy Saturday, Marvel fans! Put your seat belt on. A new trailer for Marvel Studios’ Black Widow has arrived. Have you seen it yet? Content Warning: Some MCU storyline spoilers ahead.
Sadly and honorably, the last time we left Natasha’s storyline, she sacrificed herself so the Avengers could get the Soul Stone in Avengers: Endgame. After several delays, fans will finally get a chance to see one of Marvel’s most anticipated projects this summer. The movie will explore Natasha’s life before she became an Avenger. She will have to confront her past as a spy, broken relationships, and a force that wants to bring her down.
Black Widow is the first feature-length movie in phase 4 and will be available in theaters and through Premier Access in most Disney+ markets starting Friday, July 9th. The movie is directed by Cate Shortland and produced by Kevin Feige. Scarlett Johansson is back as Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow and will be joined by Florence Pugh stars as Yelena, David Harbour portrays Alexei/The Red Guardian, and Rachel Weisz as Melina.
