A Very Special Advanced Screening of ‘Lady and the Tramp’ in New York

There was a very special advanced screening of Disney+’s Lady and the Tramp in New York this week. It was hosted by The Cinema Society and the cast, crew, and guests joined representatives from North Shore Animal League America for the evening. Founded in 1944, North Shore Animal League America is a registered New York State Shelter/Rescue center that pioneered the no-kill movement. Since it opened its doors 75 years ago, they have helped save the lives of over a million homeless animals in partnership with shelters from around the country. The event was put together to kick off the new collaboration between North Shore Animal League America and Disney, and there were even dogs on site ready for adoption!
