There’s a lot of exciting TV news coming out of Disney’s D23 Expo, and that includes some for Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. fans. We now have our first teaser trailer for the final season of the show! Take a look here:
According to EW, the opening scene from this tantalizing trailer is confirmed to be from the premiere episode of season seven. While we don’t get much screentime for our team here, this footage serves as confirmation that the Chronicoms have followed what remains of SHIELD back to the 1930s. Also, apparently they can steal faces – yikes! Plus, did you catch that glimpse of a certain sinister squid logo?
Agents of SHIELD will return for its final season on ABC sometime in the summer of 2020. To break up that long wait, fans can also watch Ming-Na Wen as part of the cast of The Mandalorian. (That show will be streaming on Disney+ starting this November.)
