WATCH: New Killing Eve season two trailer

killing eve s2 trailerA new trailer for Killing Eve season two was released on International Women’s Day, showing Villanelle up to the same tricks while Eve continues to pursue her relentlessly.

The first teaser was released last month confirming that Villanelle survived her last encounter with Eve and would continue her deadly trade. The new, one-minute clip, titled “Quiet,” also features Villanelle donning a series of fun and flamboyant disguises, her hair in different colors and styles, and her fashion as dynamic as ever. At one point a stranger approaches her and asks if she can take Villanelle’s photo for her Instagram.

Villanelle refuses and expresses her disgust by telling the stranger to “get a real life.” Classic Villanelle.

Meanwhile, the people around Eve are growing concerned about her obsession with the assassin and even Eve looks like she doubts herself and her decisions wherever the fascinating Villanelle is concerned.

“It feels like I’m losing my mind a little bit,” Eve admits nervously.

“Any ideas where she might have gone? Any feelings?” Carolyn asks.

“No, no feelings,” Eve replies, very convincingly.

But Villanelle does mention that people do crazy things for love and considering how crazy everything is on the show, it’s clear that the second season will be another wild ride for everyone involved. The characters will be chasing each other all around the globe as the show continues to be a blend of crime thriller, compelling drama, and even a bit of dark comedy.

As previously reported, Emerald Fennell (Call the Midwife) will serve as showrunner Killing Eve season two while the series creator Phoebe Waller-Bridge focuses on the second season of Fleabag. The critically acclaimed series stars Sandra Oh as Eve Polastri and Jodie Comer as Villanelle.

Don’t miss Killing Eve season two on April 7 on BBC America.
