‘Marvel’s The Punisher’ Gets New Trailer and Official Premiere Date

November 17, 2017

Due to the tragic mass shooting that occurred in Las Vegas, Nevada recently, Marvel Studios had appropriately pulled their upcoming Netflix series, The Punisher, from their line-up of events at this year’s New York Comic Con. This included a panel and preview event that would have been simulcast out of Paris, France on October 7. In promotional material prior to these events, the official premiere date for the series had not been released, and it’s safe to say that the date would have been revealed at NYCC.

Now, more than one week after NYCC, Marvel has decided to drop a brand new trailer for The Punisher. It’s also officially announced when fans can expect to see the series pop up on Netflix. Turns out, the premiere is coming up pretty soon.

The new trailer concludes with the reveal that The Punisher will officially premiere this November 17. Once again played to the tune of “One” by Metallica, the trailer also provides more of a look into the series. It goes further into the details behind the deaths of Frank Castle’s (Jon Berthal) family, and sees Deborah Ann Woll reprise her role as Karen Page, initially introduced in Marvel’s Daredevil.

Check out the full trailer for Marvel’s The Punisher below and don’t forget to tune in to your Netflix accounts this November 17 for the premiere.
