Constantine Set to Appear in Season Three of ‘DC’s Legends of Tomorrow’

This year’s New York Comic Con already had John Constantine fans excited by providing a 3-minute first look at CW Seed’s upcoming Constantine animated web series premiering in 2018. Now fans of actor Matt Ryan’s portrayal of Constantine on his initial, now-cancelled NBC series and in the Arrowverse have even more to look forward to, as it’s being reported that Ryan will appear in season three of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow.

This will be the second series that Matt Ryan’s Constantine has made an appearance in. He first broke into the The CW’s cast of Arrowverse characters back in season four of Arrow. Since then Ryan’s faithful interpretation of the character has even landed him the role of Constantine in the DC animated film, Justice League: Dark.

As of right now details on Constantine’s appearance on Legends of Tomorrow are scarce, though executive producer Phil Klemmer has verified that the character will be performing some type of exorcism in the upcoming season. Whether or nor that exorcism will be performed on a member of the Legends has yet to be revealed, but either way it will be great to see the character return.
