Just in time for this year’s New York Comic Con, Hulu has unveiled the first full trailer for their upcoming series Marvel’s Runaways. Based on the Marvel Comics series created by writer Brian K. Vaughan (Saga) and artist Adrian Alphona (Ms. Marvel), Marvel’s Runaways follows a group of teenagers whose world is turned upside down when they discover their parents are super villains. Having not been the best of friends before, the group decides to bands together in order to take their parents down.
Marvel’s Runaways will be produced by Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage, whose previous work includes The O.C. and Gossip Girl. The series will star Rhenzy Feliz, Lyrica Okano, Virginia Gardner, Ariela Barer, Gregg Sulkin, and Allegra Acosta as the Marvel Comics characters Alex Wilder, Nico Minoru, Karolina Dean, Gertrude Yokes, Chase Stein, and Molly Hernandez, respectively.
