In a bit of news that’s sure to tantalize fans, Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. has made its first casting announcement for season five of the show.

Deadline reports that Jeff Ward, of Lifetime’s Manson’s Lost Girls fame, will be recurring on the show in its fifth season. As of yet we have no details on the character he will be playing. The only thing we’ve heard is that he will be part of a “major multi-episode arc.” Further details will no doubt follow at some point soon.
Season 5 of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. will air on ABC starting in January 2018.
