While some viewers are still working their way through season one of Luke Cage, Netflix has yet another Marvel hero soon to be making his way to their streaming service. Using this year’s New York Comic Con as their outlet, Netflix unveiled a brand new trailer for Iron Fist, the follow-up to Luke Cage and introduction to another future member of Marvel’s Defenders team.
Featuring former Dexter showrunner Scott Buck behind the wheel, Iron Fist stars Lewis Tan (Mortal Kombat: Legacy), and Game of Thrones alums Jessica Henwick as Colleen Wing and Finn Jones in the titular role of Iron Fist, a.k.a. Daniel Rand.
Additionally, as confirmed by the trailer, Iron Fist will see the return of Wai Ching Ho as former Daredevil antagonist Madame Gao, further connecting both series in the same universe.
