Once Upon a Time brought home three surfboards from this year’s Teen Choice Awards, including Choice TV Show (Sci-Fi/Fantasy.)
The ABC Fairy Tale drama was up for four awards and won three of them at the 2016 Teen Choice Awards, which was hosted by actress-singer Victoria Justice and wrestler John Cena. The ceremony was held in Los Angeles and broadcast live on Fox, according to The Wrap.
Lana Parrilla, who plays Regina Mills/The Evil Queen, also brought home a surfboard trophy for Choice TV Actress: Sci-Fi Fantasy. Parrilla will be playing both characters side by side in the upcoming season, a prospect that she has discussed with excitement. She has always stolen every scene with her magnificent performance.
And the third surfboard Once Upon a Time brought home was for Choice TV: Liplock, for a kiss between the Savior, Emma Swan (played by Jennifer Morrison), and Killian Jones/Captain Hook (played by Colin O’Donoghue). The next season will reportedly delve deeper into the Savior mythology.
Greg Germann, who played Hades in Once Upon a Time season 5, was also nominated for Choice TV Villain but he lost to Janel Parrish of Pretty Little Liars.
