New Trailer Released for ‘Legends of Tomorrow’ Season Two

The season one finale of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow teased the existence of the Justice Society of America as Rex Tyler/Hourman, played by Patrick J. Adams (Suits), seemingly recruits Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill) and his team for their help. Season two will see these “legends” get back into the fight, this time taking down Nazis and Damien Darhk (Neal McDonough), who will reportedly be joined by Arrow‘s Malcolm Merlyn (John Barrowman), The Flash‘s Eobard Thawne/Reverse-Flash (Matt Letscher), and former teammate Leonard Snart/Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller).

The promo doesn’t show too much new footage, as a lot is inter-cut with footage from last season. We do get some glimpses of McDonough reprising his role as Damien Darhk and Nick Zano (Minority Report) making an appearance as Dr. Nate Heywood, a.k.a. Commander Steel, who will be a fellow member of Rex Tyler’s Justice Society of America.

Season two of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow premieres Thursday, October 13 on The CW. Check out The CW’s official Comic-Con first look below and feel free to let us know what you think in the comments.
