Agent Carter to Premiere Tomorrow With Peggy, Jarvis, and a Flamingo

The time has come for Agent Carter to return Tuesday on ABC at 9pm Eastern. Season two’s two hour premiere airs right after Marvel’s Captain America: 75 Heroic Years. These first and second episodes promise to get off to a bang as Peggy and her team move to Los Angeles and are employed to investigate an odd murder where the body glows. But as is the norm in the Marvel Universe nothing can be easy.

Be not concerned with the change in scene, however. The gang is certainly back to their old tricks with some added post-war Hollywood glamour for our favorite gal. The ten action packed episodes guarantee mystery, fun, and maybe even a bit of romance. They also allude to the new dangers that linger after the end of World War Two.

One thing is for sure, the elusive zero matter will play a central role this season as it crops up to have a more central role in the Marvel universe in upcoming features. “The Lady in the Lake” and “A View in the Dark” make apparent that the familiar corruption that plagues police forces also will be something Peggy will find herself against here. Hopefully, a new west coast territory will not force Peggy down, but have a more liberal view about a woman’s ability.

A look at the sneak peak below shows that Peggy is certainly up to her old tricks. One thing is for certain: season two of Agent Carter guarantees a bunch of butt kicking. Are you ready?
