The CW has released the first full trailer for the upcoming fourth season of Arrow. The trailer begins with Ollie (Stephen Amell) living a happy life away from Starling City alongside Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards), but his time away from fighting crime is cut short as his old teammates need him back in action. Laurel (Katie Cassidy) continues to fight as the Black Canary, Thea Queen (Willa Holland) embraces her new role as Speedy, and Diggle (David Ramsey) is sporting his own costume which looks weirdly similar to a certain X-Men villain.
Additionally, we see brief glimpses of a few new characters including this season’s main antagonist Damien Darhk (Neal McDonough), Curtis Holt (Echo Kellum), and John Constantine (Matt Ryan) making his way as a guest star from his own short-lived NBC series. Also, making their returns are Malcolm Merlyn (John Barrowman), Nyssa al Ghul (Katrina Law), and a resurrected Sara Lance (Caity Lotz) who, as we all know, will soon co-star on the upcoming DC’s Legends of Tomorrow.
