For those The Originals fans who are also huge fans of the still-crazy-popular TV series Veronica Mars, you’re in luck.
Actor Jason Dohring will appear throughout the show’s upcoming third season! Dohring will portray Will Kinney, a detective who certainly means well, but as he slowly finds out about the supernatural folks in New Orleans, he might try to expose or eliminate them. Uh-oh.
According to TVLine, Will is not the only new face we’ll be seeing on the supernatural spin-off show. Slated to appear are two vampires named Lucien and Aurora (such a pretty name!).
Detective Will Kinney will make his debut appearance on the third season premiere of The Originals on October 8th at 9/8c, right after The Vampire Diaries Season 7 Premiere.
