Avengers: Age of Ultron Trailer Released

Marvel was going to release the Avengers: Age of Ultron trailer next week during an episode of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. but somebody (stares pointedly at Hydra) leaked it early. So Marvel was forced to upload the full trailer onto the Internet because everyone was already drooling over the low-res leaks.

The trailer alone looks so much darker than the first movie, and that’s a good thing. We get a good look at Ultron, and he’s the sort of villain who might be able to follow Tom Hiddleston’s act as fandom’s beloved Loki. There are also some blink-and-you’ll-miss-it moments, including a brief shot of ballet dancers that may be part of a Black Widow back story flashback (we can only hope). Check out the trailer in its full glory below:

The Avengers: Age of Ultron will premiere in the UK on April 24, 2015, and in the US on May 1. What do you think of the trailer? Was it as awesome as you’d hoped? Let us know in the comments!
