Bryan Singer has finalized a deal with 20th Century Fox to direct X-Men: Apocalypse. Didn’t know he wasn’t officially signed on as director yet? Yeah, you’re not alone.
It has been assumed since the announcement of the sequel through Singer’s own Twitter account that he would be in charge of the film, but his involvement as director has apparently only been tentative so far. But now we can safely say that he will be back to direct his fourth installment of the franchise.
X-Men: Apocalypse will be released in theaters May 27, 2016. Excited? Already knew Singer would be back after the success of Days of Future Past? Let us know what you think in the comments!
