Marvel Releases Avengers 2, Ant-Man Artwork and Announces Another Film

Everyone expects there to be huge announcements from Marvel at San Diego Comic-Con this weekend, especially about their mostly unknown line-up for Phase Three, the set of movies following The Avengers: Age of Ultron and kicking off with Ant-Man. But even before the convention starts, Marvel is already doling out all kinds of goodies.

First, artwork for The Avengers: Age of Ultron and Ant-Man has been released. This gives us our first look at Ant-Man under the direction of Peyton Reed after Edgar Wright left. The poster for Ant-Man only gives us a glimpse of what’s in store, but it does tell us one thing: Ant-Man will be riding ants.


As for The Avengers: Age of Ultron, Marvel offers up a look at Iron Man and the Scarlet Witch fighting off Ultron’s robotic goons in two new concept art posters:


But that’s not all the Marvel news we have for you today. In addition to the five new release dates recently announced, Marvel has confirmed yet another untitled film will be released, this one on May 4, 2018. This means three Marvel films will premiere in 2018.

The Avengers: Age of Ultron will be released April 24, 2015 in the UK/May 1 in the US, and Ant-Man will be released on July 17, 2015. What do you think about the new concept art? What do you think that new movie will be? Let us know in the comments!
