New Gaiman-Pratchett Collaboration for BBC Radio

Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett

Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman

The same director who brought us the recent adaptation of Neil Gaiman’s Neverwhere on BBC Radio, Dirk Maggs, has teased a new project that he’s working on. This will also be on BBC Radio and he’ll be working with Neil Gaiman again. The project will also involve Terry Pratchett.

It’s all very hush-hush at the moment and none of the details are clear yet. It’s not known if Maggs will be adapting an old story of Pratchett’s or something new. Gaiman and Pratchett haven’t worked together since they wrote Good Omens (1990) so a new collaboration between them might explode fandom. But we also don’t know if Gaiman will be writing or acting for the project since he recently worked with Magg’s on his live stage show of The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, playing the voice of the eponymous Guide. We’ll bring you more details when we can.

What do think the project will be? What do you hope it will be? Sound off in the comments!
