Tarsem Singh, the visionary director behind Immortals, The Fall, and The Cell, is returning to science fiction with The Panopticon.
Written by Craig Rosenberg (The Uninvited), The Panopticon tells the story of a seemingly ordinary man who receives a pre-recorded message from himself warning of the end of the world, and that only he can save it. He must piece together the mystery in a race against the clock to save mankind.
Sounds interesting, for sure, and with Singh’s signature visual stylings you can be sure if nothing else it’ll be a beautiful to film to look at. Of course, it’s a long way off as Singh is first attached to direct Selfless, starring Ryan Reynolds.
