Zachary Levi’s NerdHQ has quickly become one of the highlights of the offside offerings during the weekend of San Diego Comic Con (SDCC). Its intimate panels give fans a better chance to interact with their idols (with 220-250 seats a far cry from the Hall H 6600 insanity), and those unable to get a pass to SDCC to still partake in the festivities of the weekend. This years panels include some old faces, as well as some new favorites.
Check out the offerings below:
- 9am – Psych – with James Roday and Dule Hill – They’ve been a staple of past NerdHQ’s, but with this year being the final season of Psych, we have to assume this will be their last Conversation for a Cause
- 4pm – The Maze Runner
- 5pm – Sherlock – No exact details, but one must assume that the panel will include at least series creators Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss, and likely Producer Sue Vertue as well (all three will be on the panel at SDCC earlier in the day
- 12:15pm – I, Frankenstein
- 3pm – Orphan Black – With stars Tatiana Maslany, Jordan Gavaris, and Dylan Bruce having been given one of the smaller rooms at SDCC, it’s sure to fill up fast. This will be a great way for a few more people to see the trio. Or for uber fans to see them twice.
- 4:15pm – 300: Rise of an Empire
- 5:30pm – Joe Manganiello
- 6:30pm – Haven
- 10am – Joss Whedon – the Nerd King himself
- 11:30 – Thrilling Adventure Hour
- 2pm – Doctor Who – With The Eleventh Doctor himself making his final appearance, Matt Smith and Jenna Coleman are likely to be the #1 draw this year
