Gerard Butler to star in ‘The Raven’

Gerard Butler is taking on the title role in a feature length adaptation of Ricardo de Montreuil’s The Raven, a short taking place in a dystopian future Los Angeles. Chris Black, aka, The Raven, possesses extraordinary powers, and is being hunted by the government and the military, who see him as both a possible threat and a powerful weapon.

The film is set to be directed by de Montreuil based on a script he’s writing with the writer of the original short, Antonio Perez.
