Benedict Cumberbatch is one of those actors with a voice that I could listen to all day. He could read the phone book or a list of drug side-effects and I’d just stare dreamily into space. So that probably explains why the promos for Star Trek Into Darkness seem to focus more and more on him, utilizing his amazing voice whenever they can get a chance. In the latest trailer for the upcoming film, bits and pieces from previous trailers have been strewn together as Cumberbatch’s character, John Harrison, gives an epic voice-over describing Captain Kirk. He sounds a bit like a fan who loves someone so much that they circled back around into hating them. Harrison might as well have a tumblr blog proclaiming Jim Kirk a “life ruiner.” You can watch the trailer below:
