Release Date, Cover & Subtitle of Chris Colfer’s ‘The Land of Stories 2’ announced

Chris Colfer’s first foray into the publishing world was a massive success, with The Land of Stories: The Wishing Spell putting him on top of the New York Times Bestsellers list.

Now, proving that he is one of the hardest working people in showbiz and putting the rest of us to shame, he’s found time during his busy schedule shooting Glee, promoting his film Struck By Lightning, and his second book Struck By Lightning: The Carson Phillips Journal, he’s written and is ready to release the TLOS follow-up.

The Land of Stories: The Enchantress Returns is due to hit bookshelves on August 6th, and sees the lead characters, Alex and Conner Bailey’s return to The Land of Stories.

Alex and Conner Bailey have not been back to the magical Land of Stories since their adventures in The Wishing Spell ended. But one night, they learn the famed Enchantress has kidnapped their mother. Against the will of their grandmother (the one and only Fairy Godmother), the twins must find their own way into the Land of Stories to rescue their mother and save the fairy tale world from the greatest threat it’s ever faced.

Amazon have yet to put up their pre-order page, but if you haven’t had a chance to pick up the first novel, you should do so immediately.
