Have you ever wanted a crossover between Game of Thrones and X-Men? Well, we won’t be getting that, but we will be getting something close. Peter Dinklage, best known for his role as Tyrion Lannister in Game of Thrones, has been cast in the upcoming X-Men: Days of Future Past. Director Bryan Singer confirmed his casting earlier this week, but it has just been revealed that Dinklage will be playing the main antagonist. The exact character has yet to be revealed, so let the speculation begin.
With all the recent casting news for Future Past, it looks like it’s going to be a full crew. Can Singer pull it off? I think so, seeing as how he did a good job with two previous X-Men installments, but we’ll have to wait and see. X-Men: Days of Future Past comes out July 18, 2014.
