Supernatural fans are a dedicated bunch. We have, after all, made it through at least one apocalypse and the multiple deaths of our favorite characters, but on Wednesday night we proved just how much we love our co-dependent demon-hunting brothers. Supernatural took home two People’s Choice Awards, one for Favorite Sci-Fi/Fantasy TV Show and one for Favorite TV Fan Following. Sadly, neither one of our boys managed to snag best actor, but you really can’t beat Nathan Fillion. No, really, I think nerds are contractually obligated to vote for him always, at least that’s what I recall it saying when I signed up into nerd-dom. But the SPN Family has shown that if we excel at anything, it’s obsessively voting for our favorite show — as well as for ourselves! Congratulations to the cast and crew of Supernatural for their big win, and congrats to Supernatural fans everywhere!
