Glee sure knows how to throw a cliff-hanger!
The fourth episode of the new season – “The Break-Up” – threw us all for an emotional curve. Highs, lows, fabulous acting, amazing music and a few weeks to mull everything over before the show picks back up in early November.
So, I’m going to spend a little time in this episode; in a few days I’ll talk in-depth on the episode’s acting and music, and then a bit on where the characters might be going from here. Comments are welcome! Let’s talk this out and clear the air so we’ll be ready for what comes next!
Do we think Klaine, Finchel and Brittana are over for good? Do we expect reunions scattered throughout the season? Have tissue companies reported higher earnings after that episode?!
But first…
Tere’s Episode Round-up:
What made me laugh: Nothing!
What made me sniffle: Everything!
What made me side-eye: Kitty is not allowed to be on screen if Tina has nothing to do.
What I’m listening to on repeat: “The Scientist” by Coldplay is painfully beautiful. Darren Criss singing a slow, acoustic version of Katy Perry‘s “Teenage Dream” simply could not be improved on.
What I’m looking forward to next week: It means we’re one week closer to Episode 5.
