So. Much. Oz. Seriously, there’s 11 Oz-themed movies in the works for the next few years, and blastr has your guide to them all.
- Harry Lennix, who Joss Whedon fans may know from his turn as Boyd Langton on Dollhouse, has joined the cast of Man of Steel has a high-ranking military official. From The Hollywood Reporter.
- Screen Rant has some photos from the set of Men in Black 3, as well as some plot details. Personally, I’m nervous about this one after Men in Black 2. What do you think?
- Think the only way you were ever going to enjoy Space Invaders was in an arcade in 1982? Think again. It’s heading to the big screen! blastr has the details.
- Bridesmaids co-star Melissa McCarthy (who stole the movie and ran off with it for good measure) has signed on to Judd Apatow’s newest, which is set to star Paul Rudd and Leslie Mann. That pyro kid from Super 8 (Ryan Lee) seems to have also landed a part as well. So far the film is untitled. From The Hollywood Reporter.
- Warner Bros has announced its adaptation of Image Comics’ Undying Love series. So far there’s not much info, but what there is, Digital Spy has.
- There’s a new trailer for Gus Van Sant’s Restless, which looks like the type of film for which pocket-packs of Kleenex were invented. From The Hollywood Reporter.
