‘Russian Doll’ from Netflix – New Trailer & Release Date

Orange is the New Black may be almost over, but Natasha Lyonne already has her next dark comedy lined up with Netflix. Russian Doll is the story of Lyonne’s character, Nadia, who is stuck in a nightmare loop of constantly living the same night over and over again after she inevitably dies a painful death.

Russian Doll was co-created and Executive Produced by Natasha Lyonne, Amy Poehler and Leslye Headland, and written by Headland and Lyonne. Additional cast include Greta Lee (“KTown”), Yul Vazquez (“Captain Phillips”), Tony Award-winner Elizabeth Ashley (“Ocean’s 8”) and Charlie Barnett (“Chicago Fire”). Golden Globe® winner and Academy Award® nominee Chloë Sevigny (“Lizzie”), SAG Award winner Dascha Polanco (“Orange is the New Black”), Brendan Sexton III (“Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri”), Rebecca Henderson (“Appropriate Behavior”), Jeremy Bobb (“The Knick”), Ritesh Rajan (“Stitchers”) and Jocelyn Bioh (“School Girls”) also guest star.
