All Teasers Released for M. Night Shyamalan’s ‘Glass’; First Trailer Drops Tomorrow

Written and directed by M. Night Shyamalan, Glass is the sequel to the 2016 horror film Split, which in turn was a surprise sequel to Shyamalan’s 2000 film Unbreakable. Glass will see the return of Unbreakable stars Samuel L. Jackson and Bruce Willis reprising their roles as the villain Elijah Price/Mr. Glass and the hero David Dunn, respectively, as well as the return of James McAvoy as a villain containing the personalities and physical characteristics of several people.

Set to release in theaters January 2019, Universal Pictures has released three brand new teasers for the upcoming film, each highlighting the film’s three main characters. A first full official trailer has been promised to released Friday, during San Diego Comic Con.

Hints at the film’s plot involving David Dunn (Willis) having to hunt down The Beast (McAvoy) can be derived from the teasers, though not much else. Recently released photos suggest all three will find themselves in a mental hospital and also promise the return of Split‘s Anya Taylor-Joy as Casey Cooke and feature a look at Sarah Paulson (American Horror Story) as Dr. Ellie Staple, who can be heard in the David Dunn teaser.

Check out all three teasers for Glass below and feel free to let us know your thoughts in the comments. Stay tuned tomorrow for the full trailer premiere.
