There’s a treat on the way for Castle fans: Marvel and ABC Studios have announced plans to release a new Derrick Storm graphic novel inspired by the ABC crime drama. The book, titled Castle: Unholy Storm, will follow Richard Castle’s hero Derrick Storm as he searches for the person who has killed the daughters of five high-powered international businessmen. This marks the fourth time Marvel has ‘adapted’ Richard Castle’s pre-Nikki Heat work. “We are incredibly excited to, once again, be partnering with Marvel to bring Richard Castle’s early literary works to life,” Castle creator Andrew W. Marlowe said in a statement. “It’s a great way to expand the Castle universe for all our fans.”

The graphic novel is written by Cullen Bunn (Fearless Defenders, Venom), with interior art from Robert Atkins (Amazing Spider-Man) and Will Sliney (Fearless Defenders) and cover art (at left), from Carlo Pagulayan (Iron Man, Hulk).

The book hits stores on May 6. 2014. Castle returns Monday, Jan. 6 at 10/9c on ABC.
